I'm 15 and my exams are coming up fast, but i don't think i'll be up for them. I'm already stressed as my mum is undergoing a hip operation the week my exams start. most of my lesson i don't even know what i'm doing because i keep falling asleep. I get enough sleep at home at night, but i still feel tired. i tried going to bed earlier, but i found myself waking up in the night and by morning i feel worse. at the moment i'm using vitamins and lucazade to keep my energy up, but they aren't helping. my medication (ephidrine hydrochloride) works but, it just isn't enough. LZOLI 51 post s 16-Nov-2007 7:54 AM Hi, Please try to stop drinking/eating the milk (&cont: cocoa, pancake, shake, chocholate, pudding, icecream, etc which are made from milk) and to stop eating foods which contain saccharose (alcohol, but you are 15). I got interesting results after a pair of weeks from this. The worst-worst food for the myasthenia is the milk+cocoa+sugar, and the pudding. If you have yawning (oxigen deficiency), extreme fatigue (crash over the sensible inbalance bloadsugar-oxigen level) after eating these. My suggest is same for chronicle diarrhoea. I had been suffering in these symptomas (and +onehundred another). Now never. That is correct work of the intestines. Maybe the cause is chronicle problems of mucous-membrane of intestines.
