刚才的帖没发上，我重新写！我是群里的小提琴ANGELVIOLIN（落叶飞天的妹妹）呵呵（估计这回没人认识我哥了，下回不这么介绍了）我英语专业的，还是个教师。我的梦想是学好英语。海蓝大哥就给我了英国MG 论坛的地址，让我练手学翻译。我现在的水平不太高，我希望有翻错的地方能得到高人的指点，我还希望目前正在学英语的朋友跟我一起翻，谁当谁的老师都无所谓啊呵呵。海蓝大哥说要象写自己一样一天一段。那么我就开始（工作）了，大伙要多多鼓励我啊！

My neurologist is referring me to have a Lumbar Puncture carried out. Has onyone else had to have one of these and if so what is the purpose. I really don,t like the idea of it at all.

I have had a lumber puncture, and like you I was dreading it. I wasn't too bad, but I did have an awful headache afterwards. I used to be a nurse - many moons ago - I we made our patients lie absolutely flat for at least 12 hours. This doesn't happen now你好，我曾经做过，象你一样我开始也很害怕。我之前就感觉头疼得厉害。我在几个月前是名护士——让病人一动不动平躺至少12个小时，现在不这样了。

They told me to drink plenty of water and that lying flat for longer wouldn't help. They said some people get headaches and some don't. But I can tell you, that if I ever have to have another, I will drink like a fish and lie flat for as long as possible. 他们告诉我喝大量的水，说平躺没多大用。说有的人头疼有的人不。我想告诉你，如果让我再做一次，我会象鱼一样喝水再就是尽量平躺。
